Meals in bodega

We travel to small villages in the province of Salamanca. Why are they so special?

Probably because they are 15 meters under the ground and also because they are more than 500 years old. These wine cellars, which in the past were used to produce the most exquisite wine, are now restaurants in which every month we enjoy typical Castilian meals, such as roasted meat, salads, Spanish tortillas, typical cheese, bread and good red wine.

They also have options for vegetarians and for those with religious requirements.
